StayinFront Expands CRM Partnership with Endo Pharmaceuticals

StayinFront, a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools and e-business systems, today announced that Endo Pharmaceuticals, a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with market leadership in pain management, will expand use of the StayinFront Visual Elk CRM system for its new hospital-sales force.

“Having used StayinFront Visual Elk for more than two years for our existing primary-care sales force, we know it is intuitive and are confident in its ability to provide accurate, real-time data that enables our sales people to be effective,” Eric Bloom, vice president of information technology at Endo, said.

Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania-based Endo Pharmaceuticals first partnered with StayinFront in April 2002 when it deployed StayinFront Visual Elk for its primary-care sales force.

Unique Needs

StayinFront Visual Elk is designed to meet the unique requirements of a hospital-sales force, including tracking departments, group calls with multiple attendees, formulary activity and sales activity.

“With the recent FDA approval of our postoperative pain analgesic, DepoDur, we are focused on building our hospital-sales force in preparation for launching the product by the end of 2004,” Endo’s Bloom said.
